The Green Hills Hilton, a 210-room full-service boutique hotel, will sit directly across from The Mall at Green Hills. That hotel will feature a restaurant, cafe and bar, a grand ballroom and meeting space, a fitness facility, a concierge level on the ninth floor and a rooftop pool with event terrace and bar.
A second building with street-level retail shops will include an eight-story, upscale, 116-room Marriott Residence Inn and 30,000 square feet of Class A office space on the ninth floor with views of the Nashville skyline.
My responsibilities included initial design, working closely with the owner to translate his vision into the building's design, creating and working on Construction Documents, creating Presentation Packages, creating renderings in Lumion, site visits and attending client coordination meetings and the final hotel punch.
